I have a Windows Update for KB Before installing I tried to look it up and didn't find anything that specifically gave a description of what this update does. I wasn't able to find the specific KB article and wasn't satisfied with any of the articles about it i. Installing the latest version of the software for the Microsoft hardware attached to the machine should resolve this problem.
